Documents attaches show proposed changes to NPPF and Whitchurch Town Council response.
Whitchurch says...

'We urge you to submit your own representations to government and we are happy if you wish to use WTC’s proposals.

'Why is this important

'These proposed changes have the potential to protect all our communities from unwanted and unneeded speculative development if they are further amended in the way we suggest. Added to this our proposals will also ensure that all new dwellings, however small, will count towards our Local Plan figures. This is of great importance in rural and semi rural areas.

'If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.'

Best regards,

Cllr Tracy Woodruff

Chairman, Whitchurch Town Council
